Catch-pot/Resin Trap Options
Vacuum Catch-pot (XE-0211)
  • Stainless steel vacuum catch-pot assembly complete with lid
  • Lid includes clear acrylic lid and EPDM vacuum seal
  • GEKA vacuum connector used as a standard (this will need specifying using the relevant option number)
  • A range of other connections for the lid are available
  • Stainless steel catch-pot bowl incorporates an integral insert for direct connection to standard vacuum mould fittings
    • Vacuum Catch-pot/Resin Trap Lid (XE-0212)
  • Includes clear acrylic lid and EPDM vacuum seal
  • GEKA vacuum connector used a standard (this will need specifying using the relevant option number)
  • A range of other connections for the lid are available
  • Lid only to be used as a spare, with either a vacuum catch-pot or resin trap assembly
    • In-line Resin Trap (XE-0213)
  • Stainless steel vacuum resin trap assembly complete with lid
  • Lid includes clear acrylic lid and EPDM vacuum seal
  • GEKA vacuum connector used as a standard (this will need specifying using the relevant option number)
  • Additional fittings can be provided in the lid to connect in-line with vacuum pump which prevents resin being drawn into pump or can be used for additional venting from an RTM mould
  • This product is designed to be used in-line so does not include the 20 mm insert to connect directly to the mould

  • 20 mm machined steel insert designed to be laminated into composite moulds
  • Can be used to accept pipe inserts to connect a vacuum catch-pot to a mould

  • 20 mm machined steel insert designed to be bolted to metal moulds
  • Can be used to accept pipe inserts to connect a vacuum catch-pot to a mould

    To specify a configuration, use the part number followed by the required option numbers, separated by a hyphen:

    e.g. XE-0212-01-03 specifies a vacuum catch-pot assembly with 1 x GEKA vacuum connector and 1 x 10 mm drilled through-lid fitting.
