Alan used to be an engineer (although he says you never really become an ex-engineer) and then used to be a management consultant (he says easy to leave behind) and lately, up to retirement in 2021, was a business coach (which he couldn’t have done without the previous experience).
In that role he supported Composite Integration and has now come out of retirement to join us as our own business coach.
