About the role
- Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Work with our engineers to develop and quote cost effective solutions
- Building relationships with customer and distributors
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure projects are handed over with all the relevant information
- Contributing to ongoing development of the teams processes and systems
- Working as a team to ensure the best results are achieved in all scenarios
About you
- Customer originated and understanding client requirements
- Clear communication skills with the ability to engage with both UK and overseas clients
- Strong, organisational, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment where prioritising work tasks is essential
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible
