Composite Integration is continuing to grow!
We are delighted to announce the expansion of our management team with three new strategic appointments.
Continuing our strategy of building on existing experience and knowledge, all three appointments have been recruited internally.
Simon Vincent moves to the role of Engineering Manager, Will Atkins becomes our Production Manager alongside Bryony Irving as Logistics Manager.
All three will work closely with Kelly Ellis (Business Development Manager) to manage the day to day running of the business reporting to directors Richard Bland and Stephen Leonard-Williams.
These appointments demonstrate a continued drive to strengthen the existing team and to provide a secure platform from which we can guide the business to ongoing success.
Our continued growth has also required the expansion of our facilities and we are excited to announce that we have purchased a new facility and are currently fitting it out in preparation for our imminent move.
The new state of the art facility represents a 300% expansion when compared to our current building and provides a fantastic opportunity to redesign key areas such as machine building and testing, tooling and research and technology which will have its own dedicated area.
The expansion demonstrates our continued commitment to re-invest the successes achieved to-date to enable our ongoing development and growth.
